Can someone explain the conspiracy theory floating around?

My neighbor says the Coronavirus is the dems 2nd wave of attempting to bring down Trump. She then started saying something about Hillary Clinton and Bill Gates were part of the majestic 12 and were trafficking children and disclosure is coming in June.
Would like to know the whole story please.
