Walking distance to everything
Full kitchen with appliances
Central heat and air
Pool
Laundry machines
Good about fixing things
New carpet and paint
Dirt cheap

What's not to love?
I lived there not too long ago.

Maybe it improved seeing the replies in this thread.

My pot dealer lives there in 99 and it was nice.. he was very particular about his cleanliness so that helped.. best dealer I ever had as he didn't smoke and was all business

My first college apartment. $375/m in 2001. Never had a problem. I was in the south side (no pool). It was fine and cheap. Great for Game days, unless you needed to leave.
