Very few.
Ellen Degeneres is very funny.
Lucille Ball has cred.
Carol Burnette has cred.
I personally find Kristin Wiig funny.
But there are almost zero women funny in standup because they can’t resist telling girl only jokes.

Sarah Silverman's standup is pretty damn funny. One of the few female stand-ups I actually find humorous. Wanda Sykes is pretty funny in stand-up situations, too.
Actresses? There are many that are hilarious. One of my favorite female characters lately has been Catherine O'Hara as Moira in "Schitt's Creek". She absolutely nails the role.
