Remember when he briefly moved to pre-Katrina Baton Rouge (along with Master P) to avoid the supposed bounty on his life in Los Angeles? Snoop definitely hasn't always been the harmless stoner uncle type.....

He's affiliated with the East Side Long Beach Rollin 20's Crips. Has admitted to it many times in the past. Says he doesn't associate with them anymore but that is BS. Someone needs to ask him why do you still deck yourself out in blue and do the clip walk Mr Snoop dog.

I think it's pretty common for guys with formerly sordid lifestyles to grow old and cliche cool
Snoop, Tyson, even OJ to a limited extent.
It's always somewhat amusing at first, but IMO they typically don't have much to substantively offer and their appeal (and the public's interest) is pretty thin. Hence they usually just end up doing marketing spots and quick appearances without actually delivering much in the way of entertainment product.

I don't mind Snoop Dogg but the guy is EVERYWHERE and after a while he gets beyond fricking annoying. Dude just needs to take a year break, go to the Bahamas, smoke all the weed he wants, and come back once we forgot about him. Same thing with Kevin Hart, John Cena, and The Rock.
