Calvary Baptist teacher arrested for inappropriate behavior with 16 year old

Investigators assumed the identity of the juvenile and all corresponded online with Rutledge, LSP spokesman Trooper Matt Harris said. As a result of the investigation, Rutledge was arrested and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile, computer aided solicitation of a minor, and prohibited sexual conduct between educator and student.
If convicted of these charges, Rutledge could serve up to 70 years in prison and could be fined up to $75,000.

Even I think this is bullshite. The only thing I agree with is the charge regarding teachers and students.

Well, isn't the age of consent in Louisiana 17? It's 16 in Mississippi, right?

The hot blonde teacher at Christian Life in Baton Rouge got ZERO jail time for doing that 15 year old boy....her case was settled recently. Can't find the link, but heard that from reliable sources involved in the situation.
