One issue that rings true is that about 80% of sex offender sdrive is mental and emotional, not sexual. Child sexual abusers (especially Narcissistic Molesters) will continue to seek out victims as long as they live. Had numerous cases of POS molesting and/or collecting child pornography well into their late 80's and 90's, long after their junk stopped working.
