My only issue with this is that, why report this. Has the Houma Courier become the TMZ of the bayou, or the next radio station with the most click bait titles that somehow filter into the Newbreak App.
The Courier is so thin that you need a few months of collecting papers to have enough to put down for a crawfish boil.

Actually is just the same recipe millions of southern grandmas have been doing for centuries ..
We have a whole generation of people growing up that didn't learn how to make their grandparents' or parents' recipes, and Jason is one of many people bridging that gap. He doesn't present himself as some kind of cuisine creative or act like he made up all of the recipes himself.
This is a hilarious picture though, Louisiana is not a serious place.
