Wireless Technology
After having dug to a depth of 150 feet last year, Monroe archeologists with CenturyLink found traces of copper wire dating back 150 years and came to the conclusion that Monroe had a telephone network a century and a half ago.
Not to be outdone by Monroe, Alexandria researchers from LSUA dug to a depth of 250 feet and shortly after, headlines in the Alexandria Town Talk newspaper read: "Alexandria archeologists have found traces of 250-year-old fiber-optic cable and have concluded that their city had an advanced high-tech digital communications network a 100 years earlier than Monroe."
One week later, The Lafayette Daily Advertiser newspaper reported the following: "After digging as deep as 400 feet in the River Ranch Town Square, ULL researchers had found absolutely nothing. They, therefore, concluded that 400 years ago Cajuns were already using wireless technology."

My current pair split at the heels when I launch my kayak a Saturday. Cold river water soaked my socks.
Did catch some bass though

The Lapeyre’s invented the shrimp peeling machine.

It's a pipe bent into a circle with arms welded on that rest on the edge of the pot. They drill holes on the inside of the ring that faces the pot. You hook your hose to it and it sprays water on the pot.

Cajun flex seal is hilarious. I’m sure it’s been posted before, but it’s my first time seeing it.
Thanks for the laughs.

You would be amazed at the people that actually buy those at both shows. I hope I don’t ever go to a friend’s house for a boil and they pull one of those out.
