If you win a parlay at Caesars Las Vegas after you’ve left town, can you collect at another Caesars location, say, the one in New Orleans. Thanks ??

No. You have to collect at said location.
Mainly because each state and locality has its own laws etc.

Yeah you definitely can do the mail thing. Back before online sports betting being legal, I know people who collected that way.

I collected on bets I made at the LVH sportsbook like this a few years ago. They sent me a check.
The backs of the betting slips had instructions to redeem by mail.
