What... 5 minutes to return something at a big box store?
60/5 = 12 x $30 = $360 an hour...
I mean, yeah you got to park and shite... but if you aren't going out of the way to get there....

It’s 30 mins plus for me to go to a big box store. It’s not worth the hassle leaving my parts of the woods to return it back to the shite town I had to venture to. Not everyone lives behind a Home Depot or in a big city lol.

1. Character matters. What we do it private reflects what we do all the time. I expect more of myself. More honesty. More sacrifice. Once I start making exceptions, everything else suffers. If I asked my wife to do something like this for me, she would not respect me as much.
2. I have already saved money by not hiring someone to do a job that I can do myself. Also, now I have a tool I can use again or I can loan to a friend to help them.
In summary, try to be a better man and not just a “less trashy” version of yourself. Apologize to your wife for your thoughts and involving her in this dishonesty and ask her to help you be a better man.
Everyone around you will appreciate it. You will the most.
