If you purchase you better be willing to make it that. Foundation issues are very bad for resale.

This. You may have to pay a huge nut for labor or something that isn't covered in the warranty.
And if it's been fixed, and you're having it fixed again, you'll probably need to deal with it every fifteen years or so.

Not necessarily, again depends on area, what was done and if it's lifetime warranty.
