Mostly a lurker here but I am looking at a house here in Maine and looking for opinions. We have been talking closely with our realtor and family but just looking for different opinions. Given the current market where we live this is a good deal. Any thoughts?

This is a desirable neighborhood in a great school district. We currently live close by and have a 9 month old daughter.

I know tl;Dr, go frick myself

How many people on here you'd expect to know about the Maine real estate market?

Someone was murdered in that house. I wouldn't buy it. Could be haunted.

I stated it seems like a good deal in respect to the real estate market in Maine. Not looking to hire a realtor from TD.com, just looking for some opinions. frick man

Looks great, and looks like it is full of firewood. Should have to rebuild after the first winter, but the lot looks stellar.

Actually looks good and is ripe for some remodeling.
