I thought they did..

She could have already ate there and asked the little girl outside if she wanted her ice cream..

This is not really a big deal at all considering my family eats there from time to time and says you get free ice cream if you go in..

At least she gave it to a child..

You never truly know someone's life just by looking at them.. You sound judgmental a little.. not too bad.. but I am not sure you busted anything..
