Jason’s Deli is one of the places my family loves to eat. When I would come home from college to visit, we would go there all the time. We’d have sandwiches, soup, salad, those little free mini corn and gingerbread muffins and free ice cream at the end of every visit.

Yeah, just asked my family as well and they said you get free ice cream if you go in.. So you have no idea if she had already been a customer and went outside and asked the little girl if she wanted her ice cream. I truly do not think Jason's Deli cares much about monitoring free ice cream they give out.. considering many people don't even take advantage of it.. My parents never do.. so just count that ice cream on us for her visit.. Especially since she didn't even keep it to herself.. she gave it to a child..
