Busted a homeless hippy chick stealing ice cream at lunch

This girl walks in Jason's deli in laffy and wanders around for a min or two and acts like she's on her phone.
Reason I noticed bc she walked right in beside me and her hair was matted up like a dog and she had cuts and bruises on her arms where a needle would go.
I watched her walk around the restaurant and then ease over to ice cream machine and make a big cone and walk out.
I looked outside and watched her hand it to a little black girl with this other trashy girl. Both appeared to be in their 20s.
I sorta felt bad for all 3 of them as they walked off.
Makes you wonder what this little 10/11-12 yr old little black girl is doing with two apparently homeless junkie looking young white girls.
Cool story of the day.
