businesses & tax evasion - edited title

How, in 2017, are all these tailors, nail salons,etc able to get away with this year after year? I am all for the "American Dream" and capitalism, but all business owners should have to follow the rules like everyone else in America, no matter where they come from.

Chinatown in Houston loves that cash only. But they aren't entirely greedy, seeing as I get my sandwiches for 3 bucks each.

There is this shitty little breakfast place in PCB that I went to one time. The sign read "Val's cash only", food was god awful.

It's not racist if it is true. Pretty much all the tailors and nail salons I've walked into (in various parts of the country) are run by individuals of an Asian origin. Not hating on their race at all, just that these business owners operate as cash-only bc they want to avoid our tax structure.

I view those businesses in a much more favorable light than I do driving through EBR watching unemployed people cross a road wearing a wife beater, walmart shorts, and fuzzy slippers on a mid afternoon day.

They pay every thing in cash. They drastically under pay sales tax (10% gain) do not pay WC, Unemployment, SS, or other payroll taxes. Change ownership and move when questioned
