Pretty much.
It is a product which is damn near a commodity rather than an actual product because there isn’t a substantial difference between it and it’s competition, either in quality or in price.
It is also a high volume high turnover product due to spoilage.
Them doing this is about on par with Ozarka Water deciding that they are going to say “frick our customers!” then wonder why PureLife, Member’s Mark, etc, are having great sales while theirs are in the toilet.

Btw they've been doing those rainbow cans during the excruciating long pride month for a few years now.

This is real? Not a joke?

Same here, just clearing up what the op put in the title of thread. The rainbow cans are nothing new.

They had those cans at topgolf in Orlando a year ago old news

Maybe seeing this shite show other companies will keep their GD views to themselves
Pretty un-American position, given what conservatives in this country fought hard for. These companies should be allowed to donate big money to politicians, lobby and influence legislation, but not expand the marketing of their products to different bases to try to increase profits?
Making rainbow cans is marketing, not a political stance. Nakedly opportunistic and disingenuous marketing, which is par for the course with all large companies.

yeah they are from 2019 lol but why let facts get in the way of a good reason to bitch about something

I’m sad to report the stack of bud light that never changed over the last few weeks at my daily gas station stop actually dramatically went down to just 3-4 cases left.
In my heart, I hope it was due to expiration. In my head, it was because people favor cheap beer over politics.
I’m sure the analytics show that at $7.99 people don’t care if you put swastikas or dicks on the can.

You made the thread

that was the point....
wanted to see how many people would actually try to find out if something was true before they bitched about it.
turns out it was about 15%

Bud Light releasing rainbow cans to counter the trans-boycott
I've enjoyed the Bud Lite boycott, but this whole thread is bogus. OP is a troll, that picture of rainbow cans is from 2019. If anyone actually bothered to read the linked article or use this thing called Google, you'd realize that OP made up his title out of whole cloth. Why people do things like this I don't understand, seems weird and pointless. But congratulations to all of you for taking the bait.
