It’s a bowline knot. It has ancient origins. It’s probably the most common knot amongst mariners. It can be tied and untied very quickly and does not slip. I have seen people tie them with one hand.

I really don't know what all the fuss is about. Even if it was an actual noose, it isn't a big deal. After Juicy's bit last year, one of his political buddies introduced an anti-lynching bill that made it illegal to lynch anyone. Now, if this were back in 2018, he would need to be really worried. Back then, it was 100% legal to lynch someone, anyone. It was the Wild West way back then, where daily lynchings were carried out with impunity. Thank God Juicy helped get that anti-lynching bill passed just in time to save Darrell. I mean Bubba.

I think the noose was probably an old insensitive joke someone did out of the pulley that coincidentally happen to be in his garage. Although he may have been offended by it, which is ok..it wasnt directed towards him at all and he should let it go.
