ETA: Federal warrant. Not likely.

I'm not sure if he's still on probation but I would guess the minute a federal warrant was issued, the local judge would have to automatically revoke probation, right?

Or is that only if there is a conviction?

Judge Jackson released him from probation in December of 2019, 1 year early.

quote:

This was not the first time that Jackson had been lenient on the rapper, previously granting him time from his house to attend his doctor, to meet with financial advisors, and to shoot a music video. James Manasseh, who is Youngboy’s attorney, confirmed that the rapper has his sights set on moving to a bigger city, possibly Los Angeles, where he will have a larger audience to support is rapidly growing fanbase. “Being in Baton Rouge isn’t conducive to him being able to grow and move forward,” Manasseh told reporters. Manasseh also made mention of Youngboy’s character, calling him a “genuinely good hearted, generous, sweet young man who works hard for his success.” Continuing that he has matured tremendously in recent years and simply needs to stay away from negative influences. The judge also touched on the point that he has people around him that are not good for him or has his best interest at heart. To that point, NBA YoungBoy responded that he will keep a watchful eye and take what she said into consideration. The “Rich As Hell” rapper turned up to the Baton Rouge courthouse in style. He arrived in a Rolls Royce, along with a camera crew and his security detail that waited for him outside of the courthouse.

Wouldn't be surprised if the whole NBA group gets tied up in a Rico or some federal conspiracy stuff. They have ample social media videos, lyrics that corroborate actual murders, and what not to make that happen. Actual organized crime families have been dismantled with less visual evidence, on the word of informants alone.

Anyone that claims the justice system in this country is too harsh just needs to look at NBA's arrest history.

Our justice system isn't harsh enough. Only way to fix our justice system is to hold the actual judges responsible if these thugs get released early and then commit crimes, especially murder and violent crimes. Hold these judges accountable and you won't see them doing this shite.

This dude. I'm shocked that he hasn't been clipped, yet. He deserves time in prison and deserves to be someone's bitch the whole time he's locked up.

He has had far too many chances and breaks to act like a normal human being.

NBA’s attorney in Baton Rouge, James Manasseh, said Tuesday the warrant out of Baton Rouge is for felon in possession of a firearm, a charge that stems from his September arrest in Baton Rouge. NBA faces 5-10 years minimum ??

Why would he run? They pulled over the car specifically to arrest him and he's a damn celebrity .. not like he'd be super hard to find
