I was talking to some people who knew some bouncers and they said he started swinging at everyone including the cop but it wasn’t on video. The video showed the “worse of the situation”. I’m still pretty skeptical though. They also said this happend over a month but the video went viral yesterday

I love this video. Shirtless baw laughed at minicop. From what i see and think i hear in the video, baw did comply to start. He put his hands on the truck. Thats when nick saban tried to take him down and failed miserably. Baw turned around confused and oompa loompa lit him up while baw laughed and asked "what's wrong with you?"

Without knowing much of the story going to say the cop was probably a 5'4 kid in high school that was bullied by bigger jocks and this kid reminded him of the kids that once bullied him. There is so much anger in those weak hands. Cop should have just tazed him if it came to that.

Story I got from an officer who arrived on scene later was that the big drunk guy was walking through bars punching people randomly. I was told the crowd was on the cops side.

It is normal to issue summons to misdeamnor charges....but that doesnt change the fact that the charges are arrestable.
