My favorite part of the story is the dad of the victim saying they are still trying to get a handle on what happened and why he was killed. The very next paragraph starts with, "Frazier had been out on bail at the time of the shooting, awaiting trial after he was arrested in March on a count of possession with intent to distribute MDMA, or ecstasy."
Certainly not saying he deserved to be shot simply for that reason, but it should have given a glimpse into the fact it could be a possibility if you are into drug/criminal activity.

They've got plenty of white folks to blame it on. The BRPD chief and, since the LSP always investigates officer involved shootings, they can blame the LSP as well. Not sure what kind of influence the mayor has over these decisions to release a tape, but Gravy and crew would never call her out anyway.
