Scary shite. I refuse to get gas on College Drive anymore. Every other time someone approaches me for gas or $. Many times it's the same people. I've gotten to where they're are pissing me off and I'm afraid that I may tell them something and that I'd be in a similar scenario as this.

Nothing wrong with getting gas at 2am or any time of the day. However, picking a good location matters, that's where the planning comes in.

attempted murder shouldn't even be a thing. You shouldn't get a lighter sentence just because the person you shoot/stab survives.

If you positively have to get gas late at night - go to Benny's BQuick. Cops are always in and out and place doesn't have the usual riffraff gang hanging around.

That's why I usually go to the Circle K on Perkins. Except for old baw that jizzed on the counter a few months ago, the crazies and beggars stay away because the cops stop there very often.
