I took the vaccine yesterday and other than slight soreness at the injection site I am doing well thus far

Sounds like your bro may have caught the flu or even possibly Covid...it’s probably a pretty big stretch to think the vaccine has caused these symptoms

I’m sure there will be a large range in responses. Some people already have antibodies and some don’t. There are a wide range of symptoms with the actual virus.
