A Baylor University educator faced with a student's fussy baby in class after a sitter canceled instead held the infant for the nearly hourlong lecture.

KWTX-TV reports Darryn Willoughby is a body builder -- in addition to being an associate professor of health, human performance and recreation at the Waco school.

While holding a protein shake in the other hand, amirite?

Looks like you could take-off in a B-24 off of his head.

Humphrey says Willoughby toted the baby around like a football and Millie was content the whole time.

What a great teacher! Sometimes being a teacher means just winging it and doing unexpected things to keep the class going.

My 3 year old son attended one of my college classes with me everyday ( a graduate level deaf education class). His campus daycare closed at 6 and my class was at 6:30.I needed that class and it was only taught at that one time. I was in a bind so I ask my teacher to please give it a chance.

The teacher was fine with as long as he behaved. He had coloring books, small quiet toys and was told to whisper (and only to me if needed). He behaved beautifully thank goodness. He even participated when we needed a child as an example or as a volunteer.

Thanks goodness for those amazing teachers who go beyond their usual duties and assist their students to complete their educations.
