I don't care if they are "vindicated". This is 'Murica, we have the right to be bat shite crazy. As long as she is just dancing with knives and not using them to kill and skin the dogs alive in order to perform a mashed potato taxidermy on them, cool. Let it ride. If a person wants to be crazy, blow all their money, and completely ruin their public reputation, they should have that right. As long as they aren't a danger to others it isn't anyone else's concern. The issue was, Britney Spears was a meal ticket for her entire family.
They are now in the "let her hang herself" (figuratively speaking) phase of this show. They're secretly hoping she does something just crazy enough that they get back control without her dying or destroying her image completely.
