The big trucks with six headlights are the ones that really make me mad. I think they are Ford trucks.
Same thing with some buildings in the country - nice dark country night then some clown puts nights lights out that would light up a football stadium.
I use a very low light profile where I have control over the lighting.

I think a lot of newer vehicles have low beams that are as bright, or brighter, then older vehicle high beams. I think the inspection sticker is stupid, but if they added a test for low beams having a maximum brightness, I would be in favor of it. There are a lot of times on some of the smaller back roads to my house that I have to rely on just knowing the road for a couple seconds because I can't see shite due to the assholes with bright lights.

Lot of vehicles have automatic high beams. The sensors are often no better than people when it comes to turning them off to approaching traffic.

It sucks when you're on a 2 lane twisty road with very little shoulder and some jackass with ultra bright lights comes flying around the corner. I can imagine more than a few accidents have been caused by that situation.
