Oh shite. Some woman’s crazy going to come out for sure. She’s thinking this dude is going to get more attention than her.

The only time they let Darth drive a tank was at weekend drill

Well yeah, because that would make it an Air Force uniform.
Only if it was a night wedding. He'd be on the golf course during the day.

Just fricking tell me - did the dude wear a dress or is this some sort of fricking transgender wedding? What’s the deal??
Some dude wore his dress blues to a wedding and the bride kicked him out because he looked better than her.
A couple posters chimes in with the ole “Yeah she’s a bitch but he’s a douche for wearing his uniform” bit just to prove to everyone how contrarian they are.
Then other people defended the military dude.
The past 7 or 8 pages have been people arguing for the sake of arguing.
I’m winning the argument of course because that’s what the Marine Corps taught me to do...be a fricking winner. I dusted off my old dress blues just for this thread in fact.
/thread synopsis
Did I mention I was a Marine? Cause I am.

Because you’re walking around with a sign that says “I’m in the military”. You’re wearing an outfit that is going to be different than everyone else intentionally, which is pretty much the definition of drawing attention to yourself. If a guest showed up in a light blue suit I’d think he was a douche too.
No offense. But it sounds to me that what’s changed is not the military guys but rather the civilian guys becoming insecure and feeling emasculated by a service memeber wearing their uniform. Men have worn military uniforms for centuries with no issues. But now it’s an issue. Why are men in a uniform intimidating now?

Now, if you could get bridezilla to join and post here...

Some of the best tankers I ever served with were National Guard guys I served with after I came off active duty.

You and Darth would make a good couple.

This is hilarious, being a member of any military branch is pretty far down on the list of my preferred occupations.
If there was an attorney at the wedding handing out business cards to everyone he met, I’d think that was douchey too. This is practically the same thing.

Is it you that’s a pilot too? There’s some dude that talks about it all the time but I don’t know who it is
Posted on 3/26/19 at 10:35 pm to Darth_Vader
She has nothing to win and everything to lose by kicking the guy out. It was part of her husband’s entourage, so that is another reason to let it go. There are certain times in life where you just have to not fight the battle, this on was a no win situation, but she still engaged.
Posted on 3/26/19 at 10:35 pm to Vidic
I am, in fact a pilot. I happen to talk about pilot shite in threads about airplanes and military shite in threads about the military. So weird right?

All I have are the Class A’s hanging in the closet waiting for my funeral.
I’m sorry you feel emasculated by real men.
