He's going to be stoked when he realizes that he can now upgrade his PS2 to a PS4.

Seems obvious that it was planted there.

Maybe it was. It still exists is the issue

There were a lot of question marks in Avery's case and he probably shouldn't have been convicted, or at least it should've been a mistrial and taken elsewhere. He could very well be guilty, but the trial was all kinds of screwed up. However, convicting him isn't all that surprising considering the evidence.

Dassey was a pawn and got used to prosecute his uncle. There's no way he should have been convicted. The whole thing is despicable.

but that's the point entirely.

If the bullet was planted you have to start asking some questions.

Why go through all of the trouble of finding the bullet after she is shot only to just toss it under an air compressor in your garage? Why not chuck it in a river or something?

She obviously wasn't shot in the garage, so whoever planted the bullet knows where she was shot. Why not claim the evidence where it was found?

I suppose we just disagree on this one, but I haven't seen anything yet which convinces me that this guy is guilty.

Given your impassioned, ceaseless knighting for Clockmed last year, I'm now starting to revisit my working assumption that Dassey is probably innocent.

So the cops planted his obsession with her and the phonecalls. He was the last to have contact with her. She was found all over his property.

I'm not claiming the cops and investigation weren't biased, but that doesn't take away that he did it.

He is being released into supervised probation pending his new trial. I can't wait until he gets out and starts reading all the websites. He'll find out the only reason everybody tried to get him released is cause they all believe he's really dumb and special needs. That'll make him feel really good.

Now he should do the right thing and cut a deal. He has a little bit of leverage and should use it. He'll get to stay free and keep a murderer locked up for good.

Dassey raped and then help murder that poor woman. Now he's acting like he's a retard so he can skip prison.
