They’re are policies to prevent them from breaking the law. There are also policies when the home owner has animals on their property.
You enter someone property and what happens, happens. Expecially one with pitbulls.

Oh so the police would have no problem with you if your dog kills someone like a child or an old lady on your property right?

It's not like they've ever arrested the owner for criminal negligence right?

It's just the dead person's fault right?

Right?

wel that would really really suck arse. But I would find it hard to blame the dog owners if they had their dogs in their fence properly

Yeah but even some aggressive guard dogs arent going to kill someone.

This breed and that particular animal have shown to be over aggressive, powerful and capable of killing.

So you’re threaten to commit arson then murder on a public forum?
The same forum you’re crying about a dog murdering someone?

You’re not very bright.

It's amazing how many people seriously think that they're protected from legal liability when their dog kills someone just because it happened on their property.

Like property is some catch all legal sanctuary.

News flash, dogs do not have the same rights as humans do but the owners are sure as shite responsible for everything they do.

That's why you shoot the person and tell the cop you killed them for trespassing and your dog must've gotten hungry afterwards.

Even then depending on the locale, you have to have a valid and provable claim of self defense for the police to call it a justifiable homicide. Doesn't matter if it happened on your property or not.

Human lives are worth more than dog lives.

So she went into a property where she wasn't supposed to. She shouldn't have done that

And the skank should have been a responsible dog owner...which she clearly was not.
