I was walking my two big breed dogs a couple weeks ago. Had them both leashed.

One of my neighbors has a super long driveway with a field in front of their house. I see one of their little yapper dogs streaking across the field coming straight at us with the lady trying to catch it in her golf cart.

So I start dragging my big dogs as well as I could back towards our house to prevent a confrontation. Well, my dogs had grown aware of the little dog steaming and barking towards them, so they wanted some of that action.

Little dog runs straight up to my bully type breed, they smell each other for a second, then the little dog tries to attack my dog. Well, my dog put him down super quick and put the fear of God in it. By that time the lady had caught up and I apologized, but she was like "it's not your fault, stupid little dog"

I thought I Was about to witness the death of my neighbors dog. She said that same little dog also tried to attack her brother's great dane and ended up with staples in it's throat.

All that to say, was that my fault too?

Woah... Even guard dog breeds are not intended to kill anyone. They are there to sound the alarm, detain if possible, and be menacing.

Damn straight.

If I saw my dog going for the kill against a child or an old lady, you bet your arse I would do everything to stop the dog regardless of whether or not they were on my property including shooting it.

You're a soulless loser if you would do otherwise.

Maybe you should read the property policies for each of those companies you named.

I’ve been attacked by two pitbulls trying to pull them out the yard because the house was on fire. I also own two pitbulls.
It was their yard and they were being fricking dogs.

Nah. Stop being a baby. They mauled her to death, but animals don't have the mental capacity for murder.

I actually didn't even want to mention the breeds. I also have a golden/lab mix, who joined in on the festivities once he saw his brother dog was in a scuffle.

Dogs are dogs. People should treat them like such. They're not people, they can't talk. They use other ways to determine pack order, etc.

A big arse mastiff type got ahold of my golden/lab one time at a creek, but I didn't freak out because that's just what dogs do. They were fine after the initial dust up

Nothing worse than having two large breed dogs go at it for a second and ignorant folks freak the frick out about it. Especially females, but guys do it too.

Because you think these people are allowed on properties. They’re are policies to prevent them from breaking the law. There are also policies when the home owner has animals on their property.
You enter someone property and what happens, happens. Expecially one with pitbulls.

Diana Jones told the Sun Herald that she filed charges last July after two of Craft’s pit bulls entered her neighboring yard, attacking and injuring her dog.

Jones says one of those pit bulls took part in Wednesday’s attack.

Jones says dogs entered her yard a second time, but she and her pets escaped injury.

well no child deserves to die, but when I was little and playing whiffle ball, if I knew there were dogs over the fence, I wasn't going in. I did once and barely got out with my arse.

Well what if as a kid you are used to dogs being playful and nice and you think, no big deal. thats usually what happens. The kid then gets mauled by a dog that was so sweet and wouldnt hurt a fly.

You used the word premeditated, as if the dog was thinking about killing humans.

You should go work in the urban community since life is so important to you. Oh wait, only when it’s vs a dog. I see.

The lady when on the property with two aggressive dogs and got dealt with. Sorry for the old lady, she made a bad decision. The end.

wel that would really really suck arse. But I would find it hard to blame the dog owners if they had their dogs in their fence properly
