Can anyone explain to me this fad of drag shows?

Why has it been offensive to have risqué women at business lunches… but now its cheered on to have risque men dressed as women.

Make it make sense

I see they are selling tickets ranging in price from $10 to $25. Any hope this is self-funding and not using tax dollars?

It’s recommended for ages 16 and up. I think it sounds fun.

Pretty sure NOLA is the drag queen capitol of the south. So it's not too surprising.

As though that's better? They should recommend that no one attend. This should not be encouraged or supported behavior. Drag is not normal and it shouldn't be normalized.

Men dressed up like women dancing around like Richard Simmons.

I think sitting in the attic, in June, changing every light bulb on my Christmas lights, with my wife slapping me in the face with a bag of my dog’s shite sounds like more fun.

Well at least it's slightly more normal.
