I don’t understand the push to make it a park. Is that supposed to enhance the real estate? Just last week there were kids from the hood across the street riding a 4-wheeler on the course. Can only imagine how it would it turn in a non golf course setting

Well like I said, it's been ten years. But back then Santa Maria and Beaver supported a lot more than just themselves.

But I am surprised by your chart. I definitely did not see that coming.

Then they need to close Dumas/Clark and invest some money into Webb / CP. It is sad that the courses in middle of City are not good. Their own study says they need to close courses.
