Y'all ran around telling everyone that if you weren't allowed to surgically and hormonally alter your body parts you'd show everyone by killing yourselves. If the body parts are important enough to kill yourself over, how are they not a defining characteristic here?

Look dude, all you weirdos did was change semantics, and you did it for obvious reasons. When you say "man" or "woman," you mean "masculine" and "feminine."

For thousands of years everyone knew that masculine women and feminine men existed and it wasn't a problem. Then y'all started insisting that a masculine woman was a man and a feminine man was a woman.

Linguistically that's clunky. A woman was always an adult female and if there needed to be a qualifier to let everyone know that the individual in question was a special case, the descriptor "masculine" was added. Same with a man. That told everyone what the individual was biologically/what the sex was, and also how the person acted.

We didn't need any linguistic change, but ya'll insisted because "trans woman" communicates a stronger buy-in with a fantasy than "feminine man."

You can say you believe in a difference between sex and gender, but that's only when it's convenient.

Like I typed above, "feminine man" communicates the difference between sex and gender better than "trans woman." It tells everyone exactly what the person is biologically as well as how they act. I've seen "trans women" with full beards who act just like men. So they have male chromosomes, act like men, have male body parts, and male hormones. What exactly makes that individual a "woman?"

Another example, sports are segregated on the basis if sex, not gender. No one cares for the purposes of classification in sports whether a guy like to wear lacy underwear, they care about what division he should be in for the purposes of matching his biological attributes with like individuals for the purposes of fair competition and safety.

But predictably, that differentiation between sex and gender disappears for y'all at that point, because putting the feminine men with masculine men undermines the fantasy world even though it would uphold the supposed difference between sex and gender.

Likewise, as already pointed out, either body parts matter to gender or they don't. If they don't, there is no reason anyone needs to grow breasts if they didn't already have them or have their penis removed and a vagina constructed.

And if they do, then a woman is someone with breasts and a vagina and a man is someone with a penis and no breasts.

You can't have it both ways.

So which is it?
