Initially was hit and run on police officer, officer sent to the hospital condition unknown.
Hit a shite ton of vehicles during the chase.
Suspect is under the influence and also has warrants.
Suspect is armed and dangerous.

They should be able to shoot to kill people that go in the wrong direction of traffic while they're running away from the police. That woman was lucky there wasn't a head-on collision.
