She was so hasty in trying to throw her weight around to show she could still stick it to certain groups that they couldn’t bother with silly technicalities like actual proper wording.

I’ll be surprised if New Orleans EVER goes back to 24/7 alcohol sales. There’s been a quiet push in certain constituencies for some years now to do away with it.

I don’t have a problem with closing bars at 1 am.

You think people are going leave and orleans parish bar at 1am just to go to a other bar in JP?

JB’s, Table & Tap, and Swamp room all say yes from recent experience. Oh, and the Metairie strip club too.
