Correct answer!
And Joe's policies, executive orders and promises to cut off oil is also not Capitalism.

Forcing speculators to take delivery should drive the cost way down.

He's either getting paid to say it, or ignorant af.

In theory yes but when the government collapses the o&g,its on the government no rich fat cats oil barron's.
SHOWERS W/ DAUGHTER: his native American name. Promised to end fossil fuels and regulated the industry so it is not profitable for O&G to do business at the levels before. It is tremendously more expensive to get oil and convert it into gasoline and that is conveyed onto us at the pump. Open up oil exploration allow new refineries to be built and prices will drop.
Bidens government regulation did this not the oil companies.

Why not both?

Imagine if Biden and the Democrats had full control over oil and gas. They’d shutdown the entire industry. Capitalism is the only institution providing fuel. These socialists would take it away completely.

I like Capitalism, just blame the high gas on creepy Joe.
Posted on 6/20/22 at 9:49 am to Byrdybyrd05
He keeps saying capitalism like he knows what it means.

Yes. One thing Ive learned in this thread is that Democrats don't understand what capitalism is, and what causes inflation.

You're not confused, you're being somewhat intellectually dishonest. There are forces outside of capitalism driving the high gas prices. Namely the hostile policies of the potato in chief towards the oil and gas industry

I took it to mean that he was combatting the notion I’ve heard parroted that oil companies are being greedy and price gouging, which has been debunked on here by Klark and many others.
If that wasn’t his intention with the quote, then I understand the hail of downvotes I got

Seeing the neo-Nazis roll up on Hank in the middle of the desert was my 2nd favorite scene in the show.

The issue isn't capitalism it is that most of this is avoidable via policy. But he knows that.

You pretty much make his point with this one alone. This is entirely because of our government.
