... are you trying to say aircraft manufacturers aren’t liable for accidents outside of the countries they manufacture in?

Update said both engines failed.

Usually indicates a fuel issue.

“Punjib, bring the gear down”

“Gear levers down Cap’t”

“Sure got quiet all of a sudden, eh Punjib?”

“Sure did Cap’t”

“Know why it suddenly got quiet Punjib?”

(Black box records crashing and metal tearing sounds while in the background we hear the Capt chocking Punjib in his final seconds of life for moving the wrong levers)

No, he's saying it was an Airbus that crashed.

So many possibilities here. Only thing we know is they reported dual engine failure after at least one go-around. (Photo of scraped engine nacelles and the RAT deployed)
What led to that though?

ETA: possible RAT deployment meant fuel starvation? But why the messed up engines?

The landing gear was down at the time of the crash. It’s looking like the pilots forgot to put the gear down or were carrying too much speed for the gear to deploy on the first approach and damaged the engines on the runway.

99 pax is a pretty solid load these days. A320 fits 157 (Delta at least) so we are talking 60%+ not bad.

Who knew Pakistan is the world's 5th most populous country?

Edit: Indonesia is 4th. The world is almost 2/3rds Asian!
