Your own damn quote says the guy is and has been mentally ill. How is it "horse shite" that they found him incompetent?
No I'm saying mental illness doesn't automatically qualify someone as unfit for trial. Being bipolar doesn't grant you the get outta jail free card to shoot people.

Issue is just because you have a documented mental illness, does NOT make you unfit for standing trial for trying to kill someone who ALREADY had a protective order against you in the past.
And perhaps he went after this guy in the first place because of his disorder. Or is that not an option?

there is a procedure for this
and they have to use psychiatrists appointed by teh court who typically are the ones who do it for everyone who gets appointed a competency hearing . so i totally get your issue with the procedure, but it's almost assuredly not affluenza

Your post history precludes you as an argumentative frick for the sake of it. Shush
Feliciana gets the point. The dude is crazy but he knows right from wrong and how to use his illness to avoid jail for his trigger happy behavior.

Right. I was just pointing to the absurdity of that shite. What judge and jury can look at this guy and think he didn't know what he was doing? Common sense. Plus I don't trust any expert witness and I've never been on trial. Just learned that from the tinfoil folks who say they're all bought by one side of the case.

Sorry for poking a gaping hole in your ridiculous OP.

It's not a get out of jail free card. They aren't saying he is not guilty by reason of insanity. They are saying he is too crazy to go to trial. He will be locked up in Jackson until he can stand trial. Or he will die in Jackson.

That's not what the judge said. He said he is too crazy to go to trial. And when he is not so crazy, he will go to trial.

Well now I feel better. I can't read for shite then obviously.

While I believe the guy knows right from wrong, I also believe that he is truly crazy and believes he is a target for assassination. His delusion is so severe that in a trail, he could not face his accusers on a level playing field so to speak. That unfair advantage for the prosecution is what will save him.
I'll also add that I think he is a pretty dangerous guy and needs to be locked away some where

It's all in fun.
I re-read it and I guess the implication in "Restore His Competency" is that he can stand trial when that's complete.
I is sorry for assuming he was 'getting away' with trying to shoot people b/c of his money and power.
Hope this doesn't make me on par with Mizzoukills, Rebloke or Ryno.

I mean, is he actually mentally ill?
Yes. I don't understand the OP at all. He definitely has mental issues and needs to get the help he's getting.
He and the lady we're broken up EIGHT (8) years! And one night he drives by LL's house and shoots at his car in the driveway. Not 8 days after the breakup, 8 years!
Yes unstable or he would be in jail.
Look, I know BI is rich, all the Moody's are, and they are good people.... but trust me in this when I say I know for a fact Braxton is basically insane.

Moody is nuts. This has been well known for a long time, and is also the reason they didn't let him post bail after this latest incident. He's been harassing these people for about the last 7 years. Before that, there were numerous other incidents.
And since the guy whose car he shot is a lifelong friend of my family, I have no problem with the system sending him to mental health professionals.
Trust me. He's not faking it.

As a member of the St. Thomas More mafia, I will abstain from comment on this matter.

It's one thing to be stalked by 1 or 2 crazies in your 20's or 30's, but it's been a shitty injustice for the boyfriend who is a retired professional in his 70's.

St. Thomas More mafia is nowhere near as powerful as the Lebanese Mafia there, of which the Moody's are kings.
