The new F250/350's brake lights automatically illuminate when the driver takes his foot off the throttle. So have fun with that Karen

Only on diesels I assume?

You’d get conditioned to the blinking. so dumb

It's not dumb. Several other posters said they liked it. It's why Audi and others put this feature on their turn signals.

That was my thought, if they are driving with the exhaust brake on, the truck would slow whenever they let off the throttle. I drive one of these so I’ll have to look to see if this is true lol.

Just be happy they work. plenty do not

The worst are people pulling a trailer who doesn't have the brake light hooked up. This is something I have noticed more and more. frick anyone who does not have working brake lights on their boat trailer or any trailer.

Not to sound like a Karen, but surely mods like that are illegal?

Stuff like flashing a pattern every time they brake, darkened/tinted panels, the LEDs lighting up in a sequence, etc.

Uhhh.. a lot of vehicles have those as standard equipment.

darkened/tinted panels

This should be illegal. I've been behind some people that are basically blacked out and I can barely see a light. Crazy unsafe in Atlanta traffic.

I like LED brake lights for their brightness. The flashing brake lights were popular on bikes a few years ago. Haven't seen sequential brake lights and sequential turn signals are fine, which show folks are at least them.

Late 1960s Cougars called and want their taillights back. Shelby stole the Cougars sequential turn signals for his Mustangs in '67.

The flashing is much more beneficial because it draws your attention. Which it obviously worked because here you are posting about it.

The tinted lights are not new this has been a thing since early in the 2000s.
