This video is hilarious. It's like one of those early 80s high school sex ed videos. In one of the scenes giving you tips on how to avoid the brotherly love, they show this guy who looks just like Dwight from The Office walk into his cell and discover a thoughtfully placed PayDay candy bar on top of his bunk. He grabs it, walks out into a big room where the other prisoners are, and sternly announces to the masses: "IDK WHO LEFT THIS ON MY BED, BUT JUST KNOW THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED." He then sets the PayDay down on the table and walks away

I'm not even sure if they carry pepper spray in EBRPP. I don't remember seeing any every time I went.

It's called the prison rape elimination act (PREA). They are required to show these videos. If they didn't they'd have been sued. These idiots need to fall off the earth.
