Br people - the eggo waffle smell

I always catch a whiff of something around the Mississippi bridge that smells like eggo waffles. Do any of you know what's causing it? Is there an eggo waffle troll beneath the bridge?

There's a grain elevator by the bridge. Waffles are made out of a grain, I think

I live closer to Exxon than where I usually smell it. I work right next to Exxon and work with aromatics. I think it's from those big spheres on the west side of the river.

Probably smelling coffee. I lived downtown for 4 years and never smelled eggos.

You are on a bridge surrounded by a large concentration of petrochemical plants and 1 coffee producer.
