I know all about this douche bag Matt Morris. I've seen the invoices and seen the lien on the house when they tried to cancel the contract. He was hitting people for things he did not perform. Hyper inflated values and "administration" TO the tune of 50k just for demo and "admin" on a 1500 sf house in old denham....
Let me also mention that most of the demo was performed by the home owner and family
