Unless A&E owned the intellectual property, which I'm sure they do, it would be crazy for another network to not pick it up. I can't imagine the revenue something like this brings in, all the merchandise, etc.

I watched LiveTV new episodes weekly when they came out in the beginning.
I stopped watching Live PD when I realized they have a 45 minute delay and it's basically a weekly propaganda show to say "not all cops are bad!"
There was never going to be exposure to the reality that is a-hole cops with a delay and the constant realization that a camera is there. It didn't create a realistic scene; it created one where cops are seen in a blurred, always positive and very unrealistic way.
If a cop had done something questionable it would've never made it to air.
