I watched the interview where the Santa told the story.

The old guy couldn't hold it together.

If this story is fake then that Santa needs to be in Hollywood because there was nothing fake about his tears

I posted on another message board that this was probably not true - if the child was dying, the parents would have the child in their arms.

I get bashed here for being skeptical of internet stories, but you have to be.
