We live very close to down town, close to St. Paul's. I like it here. I'm not a fan of neighborhoods. This is a mix of businesses and houses. Quiet. I enjoy it.

I am not a fan of being hot and/or sweaty. Might just go to dinner somewhere instead if it doesn't cool off a bit.

Not sure, but there is a party barge docked close to us. And yes it is that park.

I've never attempted a run that far up but I'm not sure I would try in anything that needs more than 2'.

Those sand bars tend to build up and out on all those turns.

Yes you can drink and you can show up at anytime. It's a big park with plenty of space for everyone. Only problem might be parking downtown.
