Yet it is still clear enough to create controversy. At first it looked to me as if they had him under control, but as posted you can't see his right arm. Either way, people will see this video differently.

Wait till the security footage comes out, that should be the best view.

The Social Justice Warriors at the Advocate wouldn't dare twist this incident into a story that would fit any preconcieved notions about the police or fit with their leftist world views.

Remember all the guys who talked tough on the message boards about how they'd never allow ferguson type sruff to happen in their town? I guess we'll get to see if they were telling the truth or not.

There's really only 1 store on Florida I care about, but there's enough between them and the store to keep the looters occupied.

I can see them falling off it is way to big and bulky especially where the people wear them.
It does look bad but between the business and BRPD police vehicles someone should have a video.

Yeah that part confuses me. It looks like the guy was on his back. Only thing I can think of was he tried to roll over after taking a couple to the chest and the cop kept shooting?

State Rep. Denise Marcelle said she was told by Baton Rouge Police Chief Dabadie that body cameras worn by both officers fell off during the incident and do not show the shooting. Marcelle said the chief told her there is footage of the shooting from the dashboard camera of one of the patrol cars as well as from at least one store surveillance camera.

The original video posted on Facebook is 10x clearer than the WBRZ one. Guy had a gun and resisted and...

Maybe one day the morons will learn.

Until then, my feed is chock full of the black people I went to high school with belly-aching about "no they fricking didn't!!!"

This video has to show more than the dash cam. He's under the front of the Camry with a cop on top of him on the other two sides. The elevated view from the store may show a much better angle though.

There would be twice as much controversy if the guy shot were white.

Local media already manipulating the video. WBRZ starts off what appears to be the beginning and you can hear the pop of a tazer 2 times, then we can see the tackle. The shooting is not shown and the audio stops. WBRZ WAFB starts at the tackle, but allows the video to continue so that we can hear the emotional reaction of the witnesses. WAFB How about they show them completely and unedited? I know WAFB couldn't wait to run out to the store to film some protesting. It's subtle but manipulating none the less by WAFB in my opinion.
