I live in McKinney, probably just a couple of miles from that one route around Stacy Road.

My boys and I were outside at 1055 until about 1120.

We never saw or heard anything.

Probably a result of the B-52 flyover that was awesome. The Blue Angels did not take the same close flight path, but still were impressive. They hit the smoke at the right time.

I went to the levee to watch (between Causeway and Bonnabel boat launch). They were still pretty far away but it was nice to see. Well worth the walk.

They are flying next to/over medical centers, and staff are posting videos.

I cannot speak for Houston or NOLA, but in DFW they are flying on that flight plan.

They are outdoor in the sun. Assuming it is not a dense, tightly packed crowd, they are being perfectly safe.
