A bunch of the field sobriety tests could easily be failed by a person who is stone cold sober. That's the problem.

lol good luck with that. I tried. I was informed I couldn’t prove that I wasn’t impaired that night and should be glad charges were dropped.

And on top of that, during that time when I was trying to get compensated for the money that came out of my pocket, I got pulled over by the same department for having an interior dome light in my car on at night. I got maced straight in the face but then allowed to pull off and drive away half blind, with no ticket

They all got in huge trouble for that so they can’t do that anymore. Ya think that will stop them? Hell no!

The cops are not your friends! Do not talk to them, and never do any field sobriety tests. It’s so unconstitutional that you don’t have the right to refuse them without being automatically guilty of DUI. That’s not due process. frickin bullshite!
