Get fart spray. Spray by his/her door. Write a note and tell them, "you keep stanking up the building with weed, it will smell like shite in here and next will come real shite on your front porch motherfricker"

This is a solution I can get behind

Like I said, I don’t care what you do but it’s affecting me so I’m gonna “old man screams at clouds” the shite out of this

Quit being a little bitch and move out of an apartment. You’re a grownup for Christ sake

Sounds like you have one, tell the apartment manager you are not living there if they can’t stop it.

Move to a less trashy apartment building

Unfortunately it's everywhere. I was recently in a nice apartment complex and had to deal with this same issue. My situation wasn't quite as bad as OP described and my clothes didn't smell like it but I can definitely sympathize. For me, there was a strict no smoking policy for the entire complex and I just kept calling the "courtesy patrol" and they would issue fines like a HOA and after a few times the problem subsided. But every once in a while I'd still get that smell in my unit. Glad I'm not there anymore.

Eta: lighting candles helped. Good luck OP

Send your landlord a letter terminating your lease because weed is still illegal under federal law and he is allowing it on his premises.

He won’t come after you for breaking the lease.

Would putting a couple thick coats of shellac based smell blocking primer help reduce the issue?

I don’t think that will help some of that rotten skunk smelling stuff. Some of it is so strong that I can smell it as a car passes by with the windows up while I’m walking down the road.

Buy 2 large crockpots. Fill both with chitlins and couple cups of water. Add some Tony's seasoning and diced onion. Turn on low and cook all day while gone to work. Come home drain, flour and fry chitlins for dinner. Goes great with tater salad. Repeat this meal once every week.

Your neighbors will wonder what the shite your cooking.
