Rudyard Kipling called that “White Man’s Burden”, as some whites feel obligated to take care of races they see as being irresponsible and requiring guidance.
Of course, few if any of these lefties would admit to reading Kipling because his work is decidedly non-PC and has generally left consciousness outside of The Jungle Book.
